Do I need an accountant to submit dormant accounts?
No, you don’t. People use us to make their lives easier, as we ask you questions in a very straightforward and simple way.
You can submit them yourself, but we find that our clients often find the process of doing this unclear and confusing.
How long does it take of my time?

The total of your time required is normally around 8 minutes.
What if I don’t understand what you’re asking?
We’re here to help you on any questions that you have, so just drop us a mail at hello@dormantaccountant.co.uk and we’ll help you out.
How long will it take once I give you the information?
They will normally be with Companies House within 72 hours of you providing the information to us.
What information do I need?
You need to tell us the Companies House registration number (e.g. 10012345).
We need the Companies House authentication code as well – if you don’t have this, however, we can request that Companies House send this to your registered address. It normally takes around 14 days to arrive.
Do you charge VAT?
No, the prices we show are the full amount you’ll need to pay.
